115學年度第1學期「教職員工取得專業證（執）照補助」申請作業須知
Application for Professional Certificate/License Subsidy (Fall Semester, AY 2026)
親愛的老師及同仁，展信平安：
為鼓勵教職同仁積極提升專業知能，115學年度第1學期「教職員工取得專業證（執）照補助」自即日起開放申請。相關申請資訊如下：
一、 申請期限：即日起至 115年10月5日（星期一）下午5點前截止（逾期恕不受理）。
二、 法規依據：依本校「補助教職員工取得專業證（執）照要點」辦理。
三、 申請方式：請至人事室網頁下載「教師/職員工證照補助申請書」，填妥後並檢附相關證明文件送至本室。

Dear Faculty and Staff,
We are pleased to announce that applications for the Professional Certificate/License Subsidy for the fall semester of Academic Year 2026 are now open.
1. Application Period: From now until Monday, October 5, 2026 by 5:00 PM. (Late applications will not be accepted.)
2. Regulations: Please refer to the "Wenzao Ursuline University of Languages Guidelines for Subsidizing Faculty and Staff Professional Certificates/Licenses."
3. Application Process: Download and complete the application form (available for Faculty/Staff) and submit it along with the required supporting documents to the Personnel Office.
